REV RACING MOTORSPORTS ACADEMY SUMMER CAMPS 2024 OVERVIEW

The Max Siegel Inc. Youth Foundation (MSIYF), in partnership with the Dallara IndyCar Factory, Rev Racing Motorsports Academy, Charlotte Motor Speedway and GM Motorsports partnered together for a 3-day STEM/Motorsport-themed camp for kids from the Boys & Girls Clubs of Cabarrus County (Charlotte) and Indianapolis.

“We were very excited to be kicking off our STEM and motorsports summer camp series with our partners, Charlotte Motorsport Speedway, GM and Dallara,” said Max Siegel, CEO of MSIYF. “Each partner brings a unique perspective of motorsports to share with the children. Dallara is a great location to expose the young people in the community in Indianapolis to STEM-related opportunities in motorsports and beyond. Charlotte Motor Speedway is iconic in the Charlotte area and exposed the children to a hands-on experience at the track. And of course, GM Motorsports has unique opportunity to share the mechanics and science behind motorsports.

It only takes one moment to give hope, empowerment to show these young individuals that regardless of their circumstances, they can grow into healthy, productive adults and have careers in exciting fields.”

The MSIYF reaches at-risk children, using sports and entertainment platforms to educate, instill leadership values, and train and prepare youth for success. One of the most notable ways the organization does this is through the Rev Racing Motorsports Academy. The Academy partners with community members, tracks and organizations with aligning missions to expose youth to STEM opportunities in motorsports.

It was an amazing time and we are looking forward to 2025!
