The Rev Racing Motorsports Academy at the Mustang Ranch will also serve as the future entry point for developing drivers and pit crew members who desire careers in motorsports. Since 2009, when Siegel took over the management of the competition arm of the NASCAR Drive for Diversity Program, he has trained and provided opportunities to over 100+ diverse drivers and 85+ pit crew members. This program will provide Motorsports 101, skills training and what it takes to make it on track or on pit road. 

With the recent surge in motorsports gaming, players are getting a taste and a first-hand look into possibilities of professional careers within the industry. This program could be the next phase into bringing dreams to reality.
