Alejandra Diaz-Labrecque is a associate director of sales and marketing with USA Track & Field in February of 2013. In her current role, Diaz-Labrecque identifies and leads opportunities for unique sales pitches, creates new fulfillment programs and works closely with Chief Executive Officer, Max Siegel, and Chief Public Affairs Officer, Jill Geer, on overall sales and sponsorship for USATF.
Before arriving at the national office, Diaz-Labrecque served as manager of multicultural development at NASCAR where she managed a $2.7 million budget to develop diverse and female drivers and crew members. Her initiatives led to the development of the first Spanish language marketing platform, Bienvenidos a NASCAR. The program included radio and TV spots, grass roots activations, concerts and bilingual collateral among other elements.
